Locations hold their projects, and agents get a role
One tab for the business, not two. Locations sit in the rail and unfold to show the projects inside them; click a location for its own page — what happens there, its projects, rename, notes, delete — and click a project for its conversation. Back from a project lands on its location. A location with no projects yet has a place to stand.
Roles: give each agent a title and a brief — "Payer policy specialist: answer from the payer's own policy first and quote the clause" — once, on the new Roles tab. Every project the agent already works in picks it up at once, every project it joins later starts with it, and the greeting when you call on the agent says what it is for. Six starting points are offered; every word stays editable.
A cleaner chat start: no introduction paragraphs. Call on an agent and it says who it is in one line and offers to say more.
Playbooks, and agents that ask before they act
Playbooks: save a sequence of agent steps — "Cipher finds the payer policy, then Gemma drafts the appeal" — and run it with one press or by typing /run Denied claim in the project chat. Each step sees what the earlier steps produced; the chair, if the project has one, sums up at the end.
Approval cards: an agent with connected tools no longer acts on its own. It proposes — what it would do and every detail — and a manager, or the person it was answering, approves or declines. Only an approved action is carried out, it runs with the approver's own accounts, and the agent's report of what it did waits for that person to confirm it really happened — a model's word is not a receipt.
A new coat of paint, and a harder shell
A colorful, modern look: each area of the app wears its own hue, and the three answer modes tint the room so you always know which one is on.
Security pass: strict content-security policy, hardened response headers, security.txt, and error tracking that carries no personal data.
